Curriculam
Our Curriculum is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, as well as an emergent approach to program and planning which is based on the children’s current interest and family goals.
Program focus area
Literacy: Group time, discussions, Writing skills and rhymes.
Movement: dance, music, circle games and physical development.
Creative Arts: painting, drawing, clay and collage.
STEM: Maths, science, building, construction, fine motor development, manipulation and provocations Belongings and Diversity
Wellbeing: Yoga, social, emotional, self-help, sensory, self regulation and behavior management supports.
Programs age wise
The Reggio Emilia approach emphasizes child-led learning in a student-centered, inquiry-based environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. By focusing on children's interests, we empower them to explore concepts through project-based experiences. Valuing the learning process over end results, this approach encourages experimentation, collaboration, and community involvement. Integrating subjects and utilizing the environment as a "third teacher," we develop well-rounded, innovative thinkers. Our goal is to cultivate a love for learning, promote social and emotional growth, and inspire students to become active, engaged, and compassionate global citizens.
